The Royal Residence Hyperborean Style out of 274 prims and uses the Rez Faux System. Due to its size of 75m x 54m its best suited for a quarter sim, which gives you the option for nice Landscaping, what means you could also get rid off the ramp base parts in front of the house.

After entering the house you will find yourself in the big mainroom, to the left is a nice area suited for the kitchen/servery. Righthanded is place for a small seating area and the exit to the terrace area. Also left and right are stairs leading up and down. Upstairs is a floor suited for relaxing and or working space like an office or library. Downstairs on the right is a nice big bath and centered the
masterbedroom. Leftside down is an extra room for whatever needs you want.

The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer. The no mod showing is due to the scripts. Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking.

New Tavern Hyperborean Style by House of Alcott

New Tavern Hyperborean Style now available Inworld and at Marketplace!

This Tavern is build out of 113 prim and the Footprint size is app. 30 x 58m. This product includes sculpty prims.

The entrance area offers a small area for simple tavern use and has place for a kitchen in the wooden area.
The main room is for entertaining and more private conversations. The domed roof give a feeling of space and room. A door leads up to a second floor with more seating areas.

The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer.

Everybody knows the awesome unbelievable highquality Female Sculptures from Zensual, BUT do you know the newest release? MALE STATUES! In my opinion the most detailed and beautiful male statues in SL. As soon as i got the release note i was right away getting one, Adam. Im planning in completing the whole collection as its worth it! As usual the sculptures of Zensual have a lot of options, each sculpture comes with:
- 12 detailed skin textures
- 8 hair colours
- 3 eye colours
- 13 varied material textures
- 17 different sculpted plinths with matching textures
- Mirrored versions of the sculpture for making symmetrical displays or
arrangements
- All of the statue's material textures (for use in making custom matching objects)
- A simple built in menu system for changing textures & plinths

The standalone sculpture (without plinth or drop shadow) is 16 prims and the plinth mounted version (including plinth & statue drop shadow) is 22 prims in total. The statue's drape can be removed if desired.

The piece is sold with Mod and Copy rights but is NOT Transferable- this means that you may copy the sculpture as many times as you desire and it can be resized to fit just about anywhere- from mantelpiece to garden to building lobby.

Modding rights also allows tinting of the standard textures and offers the possibility of using your own textures on the sculpture should you wish (please note that avatar skins will not display correctly if applied to the statue).

Yours for L$2,500- a fair price to pay for artwork of this quality and detail.

Hello all, i know i was not posting much in the last months but RL was taking its right to keep me away. But i have plans and ideas for doing some new builds, all we have to be is patient, even me. *smile* Anyway i wish everybody a belated happy new year and may it be pleasant.
