ATTENTION: WE ARE ABOUT TO MOVE TO A NEW LOCATION!
Hello dear follower and customer!
Due to slow SL Economics im forced to downsize and move to a new location,
it will be still a quarter sim but will just contain my business, the shop for all the
wonderful clothes for men, boys and girls and the Building Rezzer so that you
will be still able to see my builds inworld. Lets hope that this move will help me
to stay longer inworld!
For the new Location stay tuned as soon as all is set up i will write it here,
til then please still visit the current location, thank you!

PROMO SALE PIRATE VILLAGE HIDEOUT til 31. October 2013

What you see here with this build is a little Pirate Village containing several different builds like a small Tavern, Warehouse, Militia House, Livinghouse Complex, Harbor Office and a Major House for the Leader of the Village Community.
This Scene is fitting very much onto a quarter sim or homestead and completely modifyable so you can add more houses or even reduce. Within the build you have also some plants and trees you can multiply as needed.
This Building/Scene is made out of normal Prims, Sculpties and Mesh-Objects. Due to the different Prim Objects there are different Link-Sets and the Build uses the Rez Faux System.
The Landimpact is 503 Prims and the Footprint has a Size of 60*60m.
As usual the Build is mod/copy/no transfer.
(No Mod showing is due to scripts, objects are mod)

New Release: City Town House Complex
Thank you for your interest in our product. This Item uses Mesh.
This Complex is build out of 103 prim(all Mesh) (Landimpact) and uses a rez faux system. Base Size is 24m by 12m.
The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer. The 'No Mod' showed at the Box is because of the Scripts. Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking.
If you experience rez problems like a door goes not to its position, just move the rez faux system box a bit so the whole linksets move to, that should fix it.
The complex has three seperate houses, one with two floors, one with three and one with four floors.

This Cottage is build out of 59 prim (Landimpact) and uses a rez faux system. Base Size is 15m by 15m. The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer. The 'No Mod' showed at the Box is because of the Scripts. Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking. If you expereince rez problems like a door goes not to its position, just move the
rez faux system box a bit so the whole linksets move to, that should fix it. The Shop offers some cozy rooms usable as you want. Below you find a big cellar room.
