This build is a small Desert Village and can a modular system. The base is made the way you can place a copy next it and if necessary mod some bits and pieces.

This Building/Scene is made out of Mesh mainly and uses a few normal Prims and Sculpties. Due to the different Prim Objects there are different Link-Sets and the Build uses the Rez Faux System.

The Landimpact is 407 ( 742 Prims used )  and the Footprint has a Size of 64*64m.

As usual the Build is mod/copy/no transfer.
(No Mod showing is due to scripts, objects are mod)

New Castle Jelani

Welcome to the Castle Jelani! ( Jelani means "mighty" in Swahili. )

This Castle is made out of Normal Prims, Mesh Parts and Sculpts, therefore and
because of its size its using a Rez Faux System.

PLEASE PLACE THE REZ FAUX BOX 15.5m ABOVE THE GROUND TO REZ CORRECTLY.

Important Stats: 531 Land Impact. 60 x 81m footprint.
The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer.
The 'No Mod' showed at the Box is because of the Rez Faux System Scripts.
Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking.

There is much so see in this Castle, there is a Courtyard, a big main structure with a lot of rooms, a Guardhouse, Office rooms, a walkaround way, Stairs leading down
into a cellar/small dungeon  room. The best is to take a look by yourself.

What you see here with this build is a little Pirate Village containing several different builds like a small Tavern, Warehouse, Militia House, Livinghouse Complex, Harbor Office and a Major House for the Leader of the Village Community.

This Scene is fitting very much onto a quarter sim or homestead and completely modifyable so you can add more houses or even reduce. Within the build you have also some plants and trees you can multiply as needed.

New Release: Leovens Galore City Shop

Thank you for your interest in our product. This Item uses Mesh and normal prims.
This Cottage is build out of 59 prim (Landimpact) and uses a rez faux system. Base Size is 15m by 15m. The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer. The 'No Mod' showed at the Box is because of the Scripts. Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking. If you expereince rez problems like a door goes not to its position, just move the
rez faux system box a bit so the whole linksets move to, that should fix it. The Shop offers some cozy rooms usable as you want. Below you find a big cellar room.

!!!!!!!ATTENTION: To place this Build correctly you need to have some landscapeing abilities, as the cellar is meant to be below the simground. The Pathway around the build shows you how deep the cellar needs to be. !!!!!!!

This Mansion is old fashioned but stil modern. The Mainroom with its majestic Fireplace dominates the Structure. The side wings allow room for the rooms you need and under the roof a big storage area or for other needs. Base size is about 22 x 50m.
The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer. Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking. The no mod showing is due the firescript in the fireplace.
The Doors can be locked and specified to work only for specific persons.

Royal Residence Hyperborean Style by House of Alcott

Thank you for your interest in our product. This product includes Sculpties.

The Royal Residence Hyperborean Style out of 274 prims and uses the Rez Faux System. Due to its size of 75m x 54m its best suited for a quarter sim, which gives you the option for nice Landscaping, what means you could also get rid off the ramp base parts in front of the house.

After entering the house you will find yourself in the big mainroom, to the left is a nice area suited for the kitchen/servery. Righthanded is place for a small seating area and the exit to the terrace area. Also left and right are stairs leading up and down. Upstairs is a floor suited for relaxing and or working space like an office or library. Downstairs on the right is a nice big bath and centered the
masterbedroom. Leftside down is an extra room for whatever needs you want.
