This Noble Villa is build out of 158 prims and and uses the Rez Faux System.
Base size is 30 x 50m.
Firebowls on the Pillars can be turned on and off.
The Building itself is Mod/Copy, but no Transfer. The 'No Mod' showed at the Box is because of the Fire Script. Once Rezzed the Building can be copied and modified to your liking.
On the Groundfloor you will find Space for a big Meeting/Living Room and for a Kitchen. At the Floors above
is enough Room for Bath, Offices, Bedreoom and other Needs.
