The Luxuxs Villa Hyperborean Style has a footprint of app 80m by 55m and has 273 prims. The House uses the Rez Faux System. The Structure is copy/mod/no transfer.
The Doors are lockable.
The Curtain Doors are clickable and turn phantom so you can pass through.
The firepots on the pillars are clickable each to turn on or off the fire.
With the Commands fire on and fire off you can switch them too.
The Villa is bigger then usual and is supposed to be the rulers home (or whatever you want to do with it, using it as an special club structure would give a nice flair too for example.) I got a bit carried away building this one, hence its a big build ;)
